Teacher Training & Capacity Building
We offer large-scale teacher training programson advanced educational tools and techniques, including Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), STEM education, and emerging technologies. Our goal is to empower educators with the knowledge to inspire and guide students in a rapidly changing world.
Student Skill Development
Through various hands-on workshops, training, and competitions, we provide students with the opportunity to develop key skills in Robotics, Coding, AI, STEM, and Entrepreneurship. ATL Labs & Innovation Hubs
We are setting up Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) in government schools, where students can engage in practical, project-based learning in fields like electronics, 3D printing, and programming. These labs act as innovation hubs where young minds can tinker, experiment, and bring their creative ideas to life.

Founder
Subodh Kumar Choudhury is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience in the education and development sector. Currently serving as the Director at Enlightening Young Minds Foundation. His expertise lies in project initiation, implementation, data analytics, and stakeholder management, ensuring seamless execution and impactful outcomes.
Subodh has a proven track record of driving large-scale teacher training programs, skill development initiatives, and student empowerment projects. He has successfully collaborated with government bodies, educational institutions, and corporate partners to deliver innovative solutions. Known for his strategic acumen, he has played a pivotal role in business development and operations for various organizations.Subodh's leadership in projects like ATL labs and capacity-building programs reflects his dedication to enhancing education and skill development in underserved communities. Prof. Rabi Narayan Subudhi
Mentor and Advisor
Prof. Rabi Narayan Subudhi is a distinguished academician with over three decades of experience in teaching, research, and mentoring. He began his career at Berhampur University, where he taught Statistics and Quantitative Techniques to MBA students. He later contributed significantly to institutions like Vellore Institute of Technology and KIIT University, where he spent over 15 years shaping the academic and research landscape.
An accomplished author, Prof. Subudhi has published numerous research papers and books, earning recognition for his expertise in Statistics, Research Methods, and Quantitative Techniques. His vast experience and profound knowledge make him a mentor par excellence, guiding young minds and organizations toward excellence. Currently, he serves as the Mentor and Advisor for Enlightening Young Minds Foundation, contributing to the NGO's mission of empowering students and teachers through innovative education and skill development programs.
